Relax in the new 8-person wood-fired hot tub, cook gourmet meals in the chef's kitchen, or unwind in front of one of the two 70-inch TVs. Explore the 7-acre woodland with its expansive deck, hammock, fire pit, and Weber grill. Families will love the playground and expansive yard. Located minutes from Cold Spring, enjoy easy access to 100+ trails, fine dining, breweries, and the renowned Storm King Art Park. Five minutes from Cold Spring, 20 minutes from West Point, and an hour from NYC, our home offers both tranquility and accessibility. Your serene woodland retreat awaits!

Our spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests, ensuring everyone has plenty of room to relax. With 5 generous bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, your group can unwind in style. We offer the following sleeping arrangements for our guests:

- Primary Bedroom, Floor 2: King bed with attached office and en suite bath
- Bedroom 2, Floor 2: Queen bed
- Bedroom 3, Floor 2: King bed with Peloton and en suite bath
- Bedroom 4, Floor 2: Two twins with trundle bed
- Bedroom 5, Basement level: Queen bed with office and en suite bath

- Primary Bathroom, Floor 2: Full bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub
- Bathroom 2, Floor 2: Full bathroom with tub / shower
- Bathroom 3, Floor 2: Full bathroom with shower

Enjoy exceptional amenities, including an expansive deck with a fire table, BBQ, seating for 10, and a wood-fired hot tub. Our private yard extends beyond the house, featuring a lush green space, a fire pit, hot tub, and a playset for the little ones. For those needing to work during their stay, we offer two well-appointed offices. Conveniently located just five minutes from Cold Spring, 20 minutes from West Point, and an hour from NYC, our home offers both tranquility and accessibility. Please keep in mind, our fire-powered hot tub does require preparation, and will not be heated upon arrival. We offer heating service for $100, which can be coordinated with your host.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

We provide a 10% discount for reservations longer than one week, and 15% for reservations longer than two weeks. Early check in and late check out are available for a fee of $50 per hour, and must be pre-approved by the host. Please keep in mind, our fire-powered hot tub does require preparation, and will not be heated upon arrival. We offer heating service for $100, which can be coordinated with your host.
