Welcome to our Luxury Garrison Retreat, the perfect escape just an hour from NYC! This elegant 3000 sqft home combines nature with luxury, featuring a new 8-person wood-fired hot tub, a chef's kitchen, and two 70-inch TVs for ultimate relaxation. Explore the 7-acre woodland with a spacious deck, hammock, fire pit, Weber grill, and playground. Families will love the expansive yard, while outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy 100+ trails, fine dining, breweries, and the renowned Storm King Art Park. Located just minutes from Cold Spring, 20 minutes from West Point, and an hour from NYC, this tranquil retreat offers both seclusion and accessibility.

Our spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests with 5 generous bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include:

- Primary Bedroom, Floor 2: King bed with attached office and en suite bath
- Bedroom 2, Floor 2: Queen bed
- Bedroom 3, Floor 2: King bed with Peloton and en suite bath
- Bedroom 4, Floor 2: Two twins with trundle bed
- Bedroom 5, Basement: Queen bed with office, sofa bed, and en suite bath

Please note that our fire-powered hot tub requires preparation and will not be heated upon arrival. We offer heating service for $100, which can be arranged with your host.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

We offer a 10% discount for reservations longer than one week and 15% for stays longer than two weeks. Early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee of $50 per hour, subject to host approval. Please note that our fire-powered hot tub requires preparation and will not be heated upon arrival. We offer heating service for $100, which can be arranged with your host.
