Escape to the Forest Farm Retreat, a well-appointed three-bedroom cottage nestled in the tranquil woods of Garrison, NY. Just a short drive to the scenic town of Cold Spring, this peaceful getaway offers a blend of natural beauty and convenient access to the Hudson Valley. Perfect for family gatherings, a restful retreat, or a quick escape from the city, the cottage is fully equipped for a comfortable stay.

The cottage offers a well-stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals, a cozy living room perfect for curling up for movie nights, and three spacious bedrooms for a restful sleep. Located only one hour from NYC, 12 miles from West Point, and under ten minutes from Cold Spring, it’s an ideal spot to relax, recharge, and explore.

Our retreat comfortably accommodates up to five guests, providing ample space and privacy. Sleeping arrangements include:

- Primary Bedroom: King bed, en suite bathroom with spacious shower, and a washer/dryer
- Bedroom 2: King bed
- Bedroom 3: Twin bed and desk for a comfortable workspace
- Primary Bathroom: Full bathroom with a large shower
- Bathroom 2: Full bathroom with a tub/shower combo

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

We offer a 10% discount for reservations longer than one week and 15% for stays longer than two weeks. Early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee of $50 per hour, subject to host approval.
